At Nutline Foods LLp, we specialize in providing high-quality food products that are freshly prepared and delivered to you. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders placed with us are considered non-cancellable and non-returnable, even if unopened.

If there was an error with your order, kindly reach out to us at info@nutlinefoods.com or at logistics@nutlinefoods.com within 4 days of receiving your order.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your product, our knowledgeable team is here to guide you towards finding a new favorite that will surely delight your taste buds.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case you have received damaged brewing equipment or serveware, please write to logistics@nutlinefoods.com  and attach a photo of the damaged item, along with a photo of the shipping box, so we can assist you and report this to our warehouse and product team.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Plot number 29, RK INDUSTRIAL ZONE 9, Kuvadva wakaner road, Ranpar, Gujarat 360023.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
