1. Order Processing and Shipping Times: All online orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt, excluding Sundays. Orders placed between 11 AM on Saturday and 11 AM on Monday will be shipped on Monday.
2. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not provide international shipping options at this time.
3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email / SMS notification from the courier shipping company containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Delivery Timeframes: We strive to deliver your orders promptly. If you haven’t received your package within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nutlinefoods.com or logistics@nutlinefoods.com providing your name and order number. We will investigate and assist to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
